Enter your device details for a personalised monthly price (from R49/month minimum). When you're ready, subscribe securely via PayFast.
Complete your waiting period
A 6-month waiting period applies from activation before your first repair request, as set out in your membership terms.
Submit a covered request
Once eligible, start a request in your dashboard. Straightforward requests can often be approved instantly on the platform.
Pay your co-pay at a partner
Your co-pay is calculated from the repair cost and how much you've contributed over time — not a single flat fee. Finish the repair at a verified DeviceCare partner shop.
