A 6-month waiting period applies from activation before your first repair claim, as set out in your membership terms.

Once eligible, start a claim in your dashboard. Straightforward claims can often be approved instantly on the platform.

Pay your co-pay at a partner

Your co-pay is calculated from the repair cost and how much you've contributed over time — not a single flat fee. Finish the repair at a verified DeviceCare partner shop.
